A One Hour Three Part Video
The video that Corinne Coe developed is based on the therapeutic techniques that she applies when treating her clients for anxiety. She designed the video to mimic the step by step process that she uses with her clients. It is a three-part video and each part plays a vital role in addressing Anxiety. Part one ‘Understanding Anxiety’ explains in layman’s term why you experience anxiety, and what people who don’t experience anxiety do differently. Part two ‘Managing the Symptoms of Anxiety” teaches you one of the most effective techniques used by therapists to reduce the symptoms of anxiety from a severe state to a mild and more manageable state. Part three of the video teaches you the techniques to stop catastrophising, excessive and unnecessary worrying, over-thinking, and how to control your fears and, over-reacting. The video will give you the tools to 1. Understand your Anxiety, 2. Control your symptoms, and 3. Control the anxiety-provoking triggers.
The video can be used for self-help and/or a psych-education tool in therapy with a specialist. It is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based video that is also great for professional development (CPD).
By the end of the video you will be able to control your symptoms from reaching a debilitating level, and be able to handle situations that would have previously triggered anxiety. You will also be able to control your emotions, and react to situations appropriately. The program will also give you the tools to control your fears, and stop catastrophising.

About Corinne Coe
Corinne Coe is a psychologist, author, public speaker and blogger. She has worked as a private practicing psychologist in Cleveland, Australia for almost 20 years, and continues to treat people for mental illness today. Her extensive knowledge on mental health and well-being, relationships, and parenting comes from 20 years of private practicing experience. She has recently published her book, 'Heal Your Mind Heal Your Life" which is successfully selling in bookstores in Australia, UK, and USA. She also has a blog www.corinnecoe.com where she shares advice, tips and skills on mental health and wellbeing, parenting, relationships and personal development. Having achieved a high success rate with her clients, and wanting to help more people than she was able to through her practice, inspired her to create her personal development courses. Over the 20 years Corinne noticed a correlation between mental health and the development of essential ‘life skills’ such as, a healthy self-esteem and confidence, proactive problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and in particular, strong assertiveness skills. This inspired her to create her first course, “How to be Assertive in Any Situation”, and first education video, "Heal Your Anxiety".
